Masters Logistical has announced that 100% of customers in a recent, independent survey stated they would recommend it’s services to a friend or colleague.
Logistics and warehousing specialist, Masters Logistical commissioned an independent marketing company to conduct a customer feedback survey.
Twenty predominantly UK-based customers participated in the survey, representing a range of sectors, including manufacturing, brewing and retail.

The survey was designed to uncover ways that Masters can help improve its offering to clients, and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current operations.

Respondents said that reliability, great customer service, and having friendly staff were the most important characteristics that they look for when choosing a logistics partner.
The survey was the first of its kind for Masters, and plans are already in place to make this type of customer research a yearly occurrence to ensure this level of service continues to be delivered.
