Electric vehicle charging bays manufacturer POD Point will take part in the Make it in Great Britain exhibition at London’s Science Museum during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The London-based business will join firms such as Rolls Royce and Siemens at the exhibition, which is free and will run from July 24 to September 9.
Flora Heathcote, commercial director at POD Point, said: “The US is ahead of the UK in their enthusiasm for electric and hybrid vehicles.
“The watershed for widespread acceptance has been reached across the Atlantic and we will soon see advanced European markets, including the UK, follow suit.”
