Luxury furniture manufacturer, Henry Charles, has opened a new branch in Horsforth in Leeds, following a stint of growth.

Established in 2009, the Keighley-based firm has enjoyed an increase in demand and also intends to expand to Harrogate.

Managing director, Joseph Waite commented: “It’s fantastic to see that there’s a real desire for luxury bedroom furniture in the area.

“We’ve had to expand further afield and are now installing our sliding wardrobes as far as East Yorkshire.

Waite continued: “Starting a business in the middle of the recession was always going to be difficult, particularly with the unique high quality products we sell, but it’s great to have come out of it on top and we have our fantastic customers to thank for that.”

“We try and always provide a full service from the initial enquiry to the end product and we’re happy to see the results of that in the number of referrals that we get coming through the door.

“Recommendations from existing customers have always been the largest provider of new leads for the business and it is the driving force behind our growth”.

The expansion also includes the recruitment of two new drivers and fitters, and a bold venture into new markets.

Waite added: “Saving on costs is important for any new business, and we want to help those entering the industry by providing our product at an affordable price to help them grow like we have.”
