LineView names new Sales VP to drive US expansion

LineView Solutions has announced Luke Megarity as Vice President of Sales for the Americas to oversee the company’s expansion into North and South America.

LineView uses real-time data to gain rapid insight into the true causes of productivity loss thereby exposing untapped potential within manufacturing operations to improve overall efficiency.

Founder & CEO of LineView Solutions, Ian Rowledge, explained: “We are getting more and more interest from North American-based companies in our products and we want to be able to provide first class customer account management supporting all of our existing and potential customers. We believe Luke is the right fit to deploy and expand our LineView US division.”

With more than 10 years of leadership experience, Megarity’s background is rooted in manufacturing technology with a focus on operational improvement. Having both extensive connections to the liquid packaging sector and having previously led a technology firm as CEO, Megarity brings welcomed experience to LineView’s team and products.

He commented: “I look forward to the opportunity to work with LineView and being able to bring my background in process improvement technology to customers across the Americas. With the direction of Ian and a strong management team based in the UK, I believe LineView is well poised to achieve dramatic growth in the Americas.”

The appointment of Megarity is the first step in LineView’s expansion plan for establishing a full-time presence in the US to support existing blue chip implementations and to provide a platform for the business in the North and South America.

From the monitoring of single critical machines, to entire production lines, LineView’s True Causal Loss™ intelligence is powered by more than 15 years of research dedicated to serving some of the most recognisable names in manufacturing, particularly in the liquid packaging sector where the company’s solutions excel.

Its LineView line monitoring software system was originally developed by OptimumFX – operational excellence practitioners, and Bytronic Automation – a leading manufacturing systems development and integration specialist.

Together the group have worked with industry giants Coca-Cola, P&G, Unilever, Heineken, PepsiCo, 3M, Anheuser-Busch InBev and Diageo to drive manufacturing improvement across their global supply chains.
