Naylor Concrete Products opened the new facility at Barugh Green (Barnsley), two miles away from its Cawthorne head office and 10 miles from its previous site at Ossett.
The firm cut the ribbon on its new factory on September 4.
Divisional MD, Helen MacIntosh and her team started the relocation process back in April and celebrated completion of the move with an opening ceremony that was attended by local MP Dan Jarvis.
MacIntosh commented: “We have some excellent new product plans which Ossett’s limited space prevented us from progressing.
“The new site gives us considerably more manufacturing and storage space for existing lintel production, as well as new developments. This will allow Naylor Concrete Products to fulfil its growth potential.”
The event not only marked the official opening of the sit,e but also celebrated Naylor Concrete Products’ 50th anniversary, having manufactured lintels since 1965.
