Manufacturer of wide ranging and successful mechanical and electrical (M & E) suspension systems, Gripple Limited has enhanced its innovative range of Pipe Clamps to create the fastest way to suspend and secure all types of pipework.
The Twist Clamp is a re-design of the original Gripple Universal Clamp to save even more time during installation and moreover can be fitted ‘out of the box’ in which it is supplied as a kit, which also includes the Pipe Bracket.
The element of the Twist Clamp comprises an integral mounting pillar for attachment and adjustment to Gripple Pipe Brackets with an easy, one-hand ¼ turn, requiring no tools.
The single piece cast construction Twist Clamp is universal for nominal pipe diameters from 15mm copper to 3” steel.
In common with the original Gripple Universal Clamp, the refined Gripple Pipe Bracket and Twist Clamp System is designed to support pipes with a huge range of diameters by utilising wire rope which allows initial adjustment, then security.
The system can withstand the wide range of temperatures found in most common pipe applications and provides 50mm clearance between pipe and bracket to allow for insulation.
The latest Gripple innovation suspends pipes up to six times faster than with traditional methods, using no tools, cutting or filing, replacing more than 11 different pipe clamp sizes with their associated fiddly screws and nuts.
