One-day event to help manufacturers future-proof their operations

Cimlogic, the experts in Manufacturing Operations Management Solutions, will host its second annual customer conference event at the AMRC 'Factory 2050' in Sheffield on 8 June 2017, to mark 20 years of business.

Manufacturers - Cimlogic customer conference, Route 4.0 – 8 June 2017‘Route 4.0’, a one-day event will investigate the very latest Industry 4.0 technology solutions and manufacturing innovations, whilst enhancing their customer’s knowledge to help them future-proof their manufacturing operations for long-term productivity.

The conference will be held at the University of Sheffield’s Factory 2050 at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC), the UK’s first fully reconfigurable collaborative research facility, dedicated to digital assembly and flexible manufacturing.

The facility is designed to help manufacturing companies test new production methods, and is a key driving force of the UK’s industrial landscape. Delegates will have the opportunity to take a guided tour of Factory 2050, and to explore live robotics and automation projects, including a practical demonstration of Cimlogic’s MES software solution.

Cimlogic will showcase its 20 years’ experience in the industrial automation and information technology sector with real-life case studies, insightful presentations, interactive breakout sessions and product demonstrations.

Customers from a wide range of sectors, including food & beverage, pharmaceutical, customer packaged goods, animal nutrition and petrochemical, will explore the benefits of Industry 4.0 technologies and how to better prepare themselves for digital transformation.
