Two additional dates have been added to the 2013 programme of Master Classes after popular demand.
The Master Class, jointly led by Andrew Fraser, managing director of Reliable Manufacturing, and principal consultant Ron Moore explores the strategies and practices central to some of the world’s top manufacturing and distribution companies.
Using case studies, attendees gain insight into how the world’s best operations achieve maximum production capacity and receive practical advice on how to create and sustain a culture of reliability and operations excellence in their own organisations.
“With potential savings of millions of pounds, the business case for establishing reliability as a core value is a strong one,” explains Fraser.
“A reliable plant reduces the need for reactive maintenance, cuts the number of injuries and creates a safer work environment; in short a reliable plant is a safe plant and a cost efficient plant.”
Feedback from delegates like John Brady, infrastructure supervisor at SembCorp, fuelled demand for the extra dates.
“The highlight of the class for me was the enthusiasm, professionalism and inspiration of the presenters. Ron and Andrew are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced; they both have credibility and passion for the subject.”
The series reaches Scotland for the first time on 30 September 2013 with a Master Class in Aberdeen and is followed by the second date in Middlesbrough on 3 October.
