Haynes Publishing Group in Somerset has been taken over and its 40 staff will keep their jobs
The company has been bought by another publisher called JF Print.
Peter Leach, JF Print spokesperson, said: “With the weakness of the pound, the time is right to be investing in UK-based manufacturing.”
