The executive search and interim management specialist RSA is to sponsor the BioIndustry Association’s talent management seminar on September 27.
The seminar will be held at the Academy of Medical Sciences in Central London, and will host a variety of speakers.

CEO of RSA Nick Stephens will chair an interview called “If only I’d known then what I know now”. The aim of the interview is to examine the critical role of CEOs in strategy-driven talent management and how to develop and maintain the culture needed to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives.

The BioIndustry Association and the RSA recently conducted a survey of over 550 senior life sciences executives to gain their perspectives on issues surrounding managing industry talent. The results provide striking comparisons against those from the same survey conducted in 2010 – these will be revealed at the event.
