The celebrated “slayer of sacred cows”, Dr. Eli Goldratt, is to present to the Institute of Directors next May on how manufacturing business can thrive during an economic downturn.
Goldratt, the Israeli business guru famed for his Theory of Constraints (ToC), will make his first visit to the UK for over two years on May 19 for a one-day seminar at the IoD, Pall Mall, London.
He will lecture on:
• How to rapidly generate cash required for stability
• How to build and capitalise upon a decisive competitive edge
• A step-by-step implementation guide to make it happen
The seminar will also feature insights from manufacturing companies on their successes.
