The High Court has ruled that the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) did act unlawfully in its abandonment of the BAE Systems corruption inquiry.
The inquiry had been examining accusations that BAE had made illegal payments to Saudi Arabian officials in order to secure an arms deal.
