The Manufacturer has launched its very own crowdfunding campaign

The Manufacturer is asking our community to pull together to support our new crowdfunding campaign and help us reach a global market.

In September 2014 we are launching a brand new website which will have tailored international sites providing localised coverage of the USA, Australia, Asia and Europe. To assist us to achieve this goal, we want your help and support to aid us to develop specific websites and communities for each of these regions.

In return we are offering earlybird discount deals for subscriptions to our new global offering as well as advertising and marketing opportunities at reduced rates.

Our new global website will be able to provide a greater degree of coverage and information about the global manufacturing market.

By supporting The Manufacturer’s global launch you will not only be helping our publication reach a far wider audience but you will be helping the spread of information about advancements in technology, efficiency, environmental sustainability production techniques, funding and much more. In addition, we also aim to help convey to the next generation of engineers about the potential of manufacturing as an exciting and rewarding career path.

The Manufacturer has been providing the latest information available to UK manufacturers for well over a decade and is also responsible for the UK’s premier manufacturing awards – The Manufacturer of the Year Awards.

If you are not already a subscriber, now is the perfect time to become one. By pledging as little as £25 you will be able to access The Manufacturer’s new global site from September and enjoy being kept up to date with the latest manufacturing information from around the world.

Currently, The Manufacturer’s audience is made up of senior level and board level manufacturers and other professionals working within the manufacturing industry. The Manufacturer website attracts over 35,000 individual viewers each month who and we have a magazine readership in excess of 18,000.

Stage one of our expansion plans will involve web development and design and we have set a target of £15,000 to contribute to these costs. Once this target has been reached then stage two will contribute to facilitate the launches of each of the individual regional websites and additionally help cover the delivery costs such as content creation, promotion, hosting and hardware requirements.

Our goal is to help manufacturers from all sectors from food and drink to aerospace, from business owners and MDs to designers and engineers. We want all manufacturers be as successful as possible and will aim to keep companies up to date with the latest information from around the world. On top of this we are working hard to make The Manufacturer website and suite of affiliated websites (which are currently under development) as innovative as possible to assist manufacturers to spend more time doing what they do best, making quality goods.
