More than 120 top tier speakers come together on 15/16 November in Liverpool to offer the most comprehensive, enterprise-wide digital manufacturing benchmarking and knowledge sharing experience for industry leaders.
Building on the success of 2016, this event has established itself as the most important source of information and networking on digital transformation in the manufacturing calendar.
Deeper enquiries into the distinct aspects of a successful manufacturing operation, with our multi-breakout sessions, allow manufacturers to focus their learning experience and hear from experts and enablers directly relevant to their next project.
Be ready to capitalise and benefit from 4IR by being informed and alive to the benefits and opportunities it will bring!
Nicholas Cox, head of events at The Manufacturer, gives a little foretaste of the year’s biggest and most foremost event for manufacturers – The Manufacturer Leaders Conference.
What are you excited about regarding the Leaders Conference?
I am most excited to see how much the 4IR conversation has matured since last year. All my research indicates that companies want to move beyond the “what is it?” questions to “how do I do it?” Learning the practical ways to apply these technologies and their effects on an entire value chain will be fascinating.
What’s new this year?
We continue to evolve the format away from the traditional “death by PowerPoint” conference so many are used to. Distilling all talks to a quick fire 15 minutes, allows attendees to learn and benchmark from a much broader base of experience and expertise.
We have also introduced a series of interactive round table discussions replacing traditional stale Q&A or panel debates, which I am very excited about!
What is exciting about the new round table format?
The exciting and refreshing format of these round table discussions means attendees spend more time meeting and engaging with the people and companies they want to, having their unique business challenges addressed by experts while making new connections and learning.
More than 30 of these will be running concurrently providing a unique atmosphere and opportunity to take away meaningful insights and business connections from the event.
