Conference organiser Nicholas Cox from The Manufacturer today said that demand for tickets to the event, held this week on November 15-16 at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, has exceeded all expectations and he has had to close registrations.
“Unbelievable!” head of event production, Nicholas Cox commented. “It says something about the calibre of The Manufacturer Leaders Conference speakers we have lined up this year that delegates have signed up in such numbers, and so quickly.”
Cox was quick to point out that there are still tickets available for the Smart Factory Expo, which is co-located with the Leaders’ Conference.
“The conference is an all-seating affair, so obviously there had to be a limit on places, but the Smart Factory Expo is still open for pre-registration via the website.”
The Smart Factory Expo will showcase the digital technologies that broadly come together under the Fourth Industrial Revolution, or Industry 4.0.
Exhibitors from the UK, US and Europe will be demonstrating how adopting these new technologies can radically improve productivity and profitability for manufacturers large and small.

The Manufacturer has announced that it will be live internet-streaming the content from the Leaders Conference via its own radio station Smart Factory Radio. Hosted by the magazine’s Editorial Director, Nick Peters, Smart Factory Radio will feature interviews with exhibitors, manufacturing experts and special guests, as well as all the content from the conference plenary sessions.
