UK manufacturing’s IT conference

Posted on 29 May 2018 by Tim Coulthard

How do you keep abreast of the latest developments in ERP, Business Intelligence and CRM? How are other manufacturers upgrading their enterprise technology environment? - These are some of the questions that manufacturers will ask at Industry 4.0 Connect (21 June, Liverpool).

Industry 4.0 Connect gathers together IT executives from across UK manufacturing to examine what impact the next generation of enterprise technology solutions will have on their manufacturing operation.

Now in its ninth year, Industry 4.0 Connect brings together IT managers, in an interactive format that sits delegates alongside some of the UK’s most experienced manufacturing tech providers.

With new capabilities being developed – and increased vendor focus on the specific needs of the manufacturing sector, the range of software solutions available has never been greater, making it harder to benchmark the performance of your existing suppliers and identify the best future technology provider. Industry 4.0 Connect is your platform to assess competing claims and query vendor capability, alongside fellow IT managers from other UK manufacturers.

A unique conference format

Rather than sit at the back of a conference room and look at presentation slides all day – you get to join a high-level conversation on a focused topic, tapping into the expertise and experience of your discussion leader and your fellow delegates.

See our conference format in action at our last event:

You choose which discussion table to join from the available topics, and each discussion lasts 30-minutes – enabling you to participate in five different discussions during the course of the conference.

What previous delegates said about our unique conference format:

“The energy in the room was fantastic!” – Alec Anderson, Koolmill Systems.

“The involvement of delegates has worked very well. The discussion tables have given a chance for everyone to be more involved, as opposed to a conventional conference where one person is lecturing and a lot of people are just listening.” – Hassan Khalid, Data Scientist, GSK.

“I found the format excellent!” – Marco Del Seta, BOC.

“Excellent opportunity to discuss key issues with peers in the industry.”- Andrew Carr, BAE Systems.
