Bathrooms.com have announced the introduction of their brand in Germany as part of their proposed expansion across Europe, following a successful launch in France last year.
This will be Bathroom.com’s second venture to export in Europe and aims to achieve equal success to the French operation.
With a decade of experience in e-commerce, Bathrooms.com are well practiced in understanding consumer markets. Detailed research into the German market has shown there is a current trend towards walk in showers, whilst there is a substantial demand for showering and bathing products in general, a demand Bathrooms.com are confident they can meet.
All orders placed will be shipped weekly from the UK via a logistics base in Holland before moving en-route to customers in Germany meaning that the promise to deliver affordable bathroom designs will now be available to German consumers. CEO Ian Monk said, “Wow, two European launches in eighteen months. Our business strategy following our initial overseas research has been underway for a while now. We have been busy perfecting our marketing campaign, translating the site, and hiring a specialist German speaking customer service team. We see a huge potential for the German market to match the size of our UK business within a couple of years, something that will also have positive knock on benefit for manufacturing jobs in the UK.”
