The Carbon Trust, with green guru Chris Harrop, director of landscaping specialist Marshalls, is offering the chance to win a once in a lifetime business mentoring session.

‘Green guru’ Chris Harrop, director of Marshalls (the landscape gardening product manufacturer) is backing the Carbon Trust’s ‘Best Advice’ campaign which calls on businesses to apply for free, expert Carbon Surveys to help them to cut energy costs by between 20%-30%. The free on-site surveys are available to businesses spending between £50,000 and £3m a year on energy, businesses spending below that can also benefit from the online Cut Carbon, Cut Costs tool.

In 2009 Chris was named ‘green guru’ by Building Magazine because of his award-winning environmental management achievements and in 2007 he was named in the top five ethical influencers by Ethical Corporation.

He is offering The Manufacturer readers the chance to win a ‘money can’t buy’ mentoring session on how to survive and thrive in 2010. ,
