It is now nearly two years since the Coalition government took office and in that period an array of employment initiatives and proposals have emerged which impact on employers in the industrial engineering sector.
Many have only started to take shape in recent months, with no fewer than 10 discussion papers, calls for evidence or formal consultations being underway, not to mention draft legislation such as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill.
Hardly a week goes by, it seems, without some development or another, the subject matters of which touch most aspects of working life.
Keeping track of the various threads of reform is not easy. We have, therefore, put together a webpage which identifies all the key areas of development in employment law and practice, with quick-reference colour coding to indicate what is in force and when. The page will be kept updated with the latest developments as they happen.

Don’t forget that we also have a similar tool, tracking pending employment developments and cases on a month by month basis and helping you to keep ahead.
