Static caravan and holiday lodge manufacturer, Normandy Holiday Homes, entered administration on July 13.
Up to 25 jobs are now under threat and 19 redundancies have already been made at the Hull-based caravan manufacturer since it entered administration on Friday.
Andrew Mackenzie and Bob Maxwell, of business rescue specialist Begbies Traynor, were appointed as joint administrators on Friday.
Normandy Holiday Homes has suffered low export orders, a 40% drop in sales and has experienced disruption to its supply chain since 2011.
Administrator Andrew Mackenzie is confident of finding a buyer for the business but admitted it looks unlikely that many will keep their jobs.
“The business has a skilled workforce, some great products and a strong brand within the market. We are actively marketing the business for sale. However the reality of the situation is that further redundancies are inevitable as the business simply can’t pay the wages of the staff at present.”
