Fife-based industrial supplies organisation Scott Group has launched its rebranded group of companies which, under the Group banner, includes six divisions.

The group provides a wide range of goods and services to industrial and manufacturing markets. Its new divisions are Scott Pallets, Scott Packaging, Scott ELM, Scott Direct, Scott Property and Agricultural Boxes.

The Group has grown considerably over the past 20 years through numerous strategic acquisitions and organic growth across the UK and in Europe to become the UK’s largest pallet supplier, the fastest growing packaging provider and a supplier of essential trade supplies such as tools, work wear and corporate clothing. More recently the Group has launched a commercial insurance service under the Scott Direct brand.

Norman Scott, Group operations director, said: “We are confident that our new branding reinforces our commitment to provide a secure, market-leading service to customers throughout the UK and in Europe.”

Since 1998, the Scott Group has acquired 32 businesses, so the branding has been designed to consolidate the entire Group, with all pallet companies including Birchmead, Marlaw Pallet Services and Crofton Pallets coming under the Scott Pallets banner; all packaging business including Tripack, George Hill and Henry Sutcliffe under the Scott Packaging banner; pallet repair and repatriation services including the ground-breaking reverse logistics specialist European Logistics Management (ELM) under the Scott ELM banner; a name change for industrial supplies business Fasco to Scott Direct, the newly created Scott Property brand for the Group’s ever increasing commercial property portfolio which includes Springkerse Industrial Estate in Stirling; with the United Box brand as a separate entity for the Group’s Agricultural Boxes division, a joint venture with James Jones & Sons Ltd and private investors.

As part of the branding project, the Group has also launched a new website:
