Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), the largest independent bottler of Coca-Cola globally, has appointed Chris Goodall as Vice President of Customer Service and Supply Chain in GB.

Chris joined CCEP in 2021 as GB Manufacturing Director, with responsibility for the bottler’s five manufacturing plants across the country. He has previously held manufacturing operations roles at PepsiCo, Nestlé and McVitie’s, including as the Start-Up Manager for Nescafé Dolce Gusto in the UK, and Site Director roles for both Nestle and PepsiCo.

Chris will be responsible for ensuring the bottler’s end-to-end supply chain in GB is robust, reliable and sustainable, as well as overseeing the delivery of continued excellent customer service. He will lead CCEP’s relationships with its customers and suppliers, working closely to help them reduce the environmental impact of their own operations.

He takes over from Javier Sanchez Gandarias, who has been appointed Vice President of Digital Transformation and Productivity. He will lead a newly formed department focusing on delivering key global transformation projects for customer service and supply chain.

Chris is passionate about developing talent and skills and currently leads a customer service and supply chain initiative on the profile of future leaders. He is also a champion of CCEP’s efforts to ensure its manufacturing locations are as diverse and inclusive as possible.

Chris Goodall, Vice President, Customer Service and Supply Chain, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (GB), said: “I’m excited to take the lead on supply chain at what is such an important time for our business on its sustainability journey, as well as for the journeys of our suppliers and customers.

“Continuing to make operational improvements, both small and large, is key to driving carbon reduction, and I’m committed to working across our entire end-to-end process to identify where new innovations can have the most impact.”

Stephen Moorhouse Vice President and General Manager, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (GB), said: “Chris is a proven leader, who has demonstrated his abilities driving significant improvements and efficiency in our operations across the business in his former role. He will build on the impressive accomplishments of Javier Sanchez Gandarias, who has used his time in post to deliver exceptional results, while fostering diversity and inclusivity across the business.
