Mars has this week been recognised as the ‘UK’s Most Flexible Employer’ in the 2024 Flexa100 list.
The report, published by independent authority on flexible working, Flexa, revealed the top 100 most flexible companies across respective industries.
Mars UK’s impressive 87% FlexScore is a culmination of Flexa’s rigorous assessment, combined with extensive feedback from Mars’ Associates on various factors including working hours, company benefits, leadership, autonomy, and work-life balance.
The report comes as research shows that flexible working is the number oneemployee demand, with 92% of people wanting to work more flexibly.
Flexa’s findings are calculated using a comprehensive analysis of key indicators, including location, hours, benefits, senior leadership, trust, autonomy, and work-life balance. These data points are then combined with in-depth feedback from Associates, demonstrating that Mars UK’s efforts are being recognised from both within and outside the business.
